Estimated Shipping Times

Your PlushBeds mattress is made-to-order, never waiting in a warehouse. Mattresses are handcrafted in California and leave our factory within 7-9 business days of your order date, after passing through a rigorous quality control process.

7-9 days after your order, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. With your tracking number, you can find out exactly what day your order will arrive.

Orders of items other than mattresses may leave the factory more quickly, depending on stock.

Shipping time of an additional 7 business days may apply for custom mattress orders, including split mattress customization and special sizes.

Busy holiday seasons can cause delays and global events do occasionally affect our materials supply chains. If we expect delays, special shipping times will be posted to the product page where you place your order.

Mattress Set-up & Removal

FedEx will deliver your order right to your front door. In order to maintain contactless delivery, our courier service will not bring the box into your home at this time.

We simply ask that you sleep on your PlushBeds mattress for at least 30 nights to decide.

Many customers fall in love with their new mattress on the very first night. For others, there’s an adjustment period. Your body adapted to your old mattress — even if it wasn’t doing favors for your spine or your sleep. Now it needs to adapt to superior support and pressure relief.

If you ordered a latex mattress for the first time, you’ll experience an all-new sleep sensation. Latex is unlike any innerspring or even memory foam mattress. The Botanical Bliss and Natural Bliss are specially crafted with latex layers and pillow-tops that can be removed and exchanged for a different firmness level. In fact, you can swap out your existing top layer at home.

If you need more support, request a firmer comfort layer. If you need more cushioning, request a softer layer.

We'll send you a new top layer of latex, completely free with no shipping charges within the contiguous US. The exchange layer will be made of the exact same latex as your original order, but softer or firmer, depending on your needs.

When your new top layer arrives, unzip the cover of your mattress to exchange the original top layer with the new one.

To return the original layer, package it in the original box and send it back to us with the shipping label we provide.

Please note that we do request a $99 deposit on this exchange. When we receive your return of the original top layer, we will fully refund your deposit.

General Returns Policy

Bedroom mattresses, sofa mattresses, and RV mattresses purchased from PlushBeds.com come with our standard 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee return policy. Custom mattress orders are excluded.

Other products ordered through PlushBeds.com may not be eligible for returns or may only be returned new and unopened. Please see the product page for the return policy associated with any specific item.

All products eligible for returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Products returned soiled or with smoke damage will be sent back to you in lieu of a refund.

Please reach out to customer support with any questions you may have before ordering, to avoid returns.

*In the event a refund is processed in any other way than through the original processing source, a 3% original processing fee would be deducted from the total refund.

Returning Damaged Orders

PlushBeds products are well-packaged to withstand the route from our California factory to your door. We double-box many items and ensure that products cannot be easily damaged during shipping.

If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. This is very important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement.

All returned products should be in the original packaging.

Canceling Orders

If you change your mind after placing an order on the website, PlushBeds.com, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped.

We cannot issue a refund if you cancel a mattress that has been customized for you, even if it has not yet shipped. (These include customized split mattresses and custom sizes, ordered through customer service.)

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled without incurring shipping charges. If you refuse an order that is undamaged, any fees deducted from your return will be in line with our standard return policy for that particular product.
