Free Shipping in the Continental US
Most of our latex mattresses are compression rolled using state of the art compression machines and are shipped via UPS. Your fully-assembled latex mattress can remain compression rolled for up to 6-8 weeks if needed, although should be uncompressed as soon as reasonably possible. If your mattress ships with UPS, you will receive a shipping notification by email on the evening your mattress ships. The email will contain your UPS tracking number and your mattress delivery can be tracked on the UPS website. UPS does not deliver on the weekends and will bring the mattress to your front door in most cases, as long as they typically deliver to your front door. Please note UPS will not bring the mattress into your house and set it up for you.
Some of our larger or extra-firm mattresses are too big or dense to be compression rolled and are flat packed (the full size of the mattress) and shipped via private carrier. If your mattress falls into this category, there is no added cost for this delivery method. If your mattress size or firmness is typically shipped by UPS and you prefer this shipping method, you can order it for an additional $100 by calling 1-888-449-5738 and placing your order with any one of our mattress specialists.
You will receive a shipping notification by email on the evening your mattress ships, containing your shipper's contact information and tracking number. Once it arrives in your local area, the local dispatch center will call you to schedule your delivery, usually within the following 1-3 business days.
Where a higher level of delivery and assembly service is required, our white glove delivery service is available. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many additional benefits throughout the delivery process. You will receive a shipping notification from us by email on the evening your mattress ships from our white glove delivery company.
Once your mattress is received by your local white glove delivery agent, you will be telephoned by a representative from the white glove company to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. A white glove delivery team will deliver your new mattress, install it in the room of your choice, and remove the box and wrapping. Optional removal & disposal of an old mattress is available for an additional $99 per mattress. You will have the option of ordering a white glove delivery and/or old mattress removal and disposal on our checkout page. Please call us at 1-888-449-5738 with additional questions.
You may cancel your order any time prior to your natural latex mattress being shipped (mattresses are custom-made and typically ship 1-7 days from placing your order), and you will receive a complete refund. Once shipped, however, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Please also note that if you order our White Glove professional delivery service with your mattress, we typically accomplish this by contracting a white glove delivery company in your local area to deliver and set up your new mattress. If you reject the delivery on the delivery date, you will be responsible for all white glove delivery costs which will be deducted from your refund. Of course, if any delivery issues arise, please contact us immediately at 1-888-449-5738 to assist you.
Easily cancel any order before it ships
Ordered the wrong mattress firmness? Not a problem. Simply call one of our mattress specialists at 1-888-449-5738 and ask for a one-time comfort exchange. Just pay a nominal $145 deposit, and we'll send you out a new top layer of 100% natural talalay latex (either softer or firmer, depending on your needs), completely free with no shipping charges.
Simply unzip the cover of your mattress, and exchange the existing top layer with the new one for a perfect night's sleep without the hassle of sending back your whole mattress.
Just put the old latex layer in the box, and send it back to us with the UPS label we provide. Once received, we'll send it out to our 3rd party liquidators and refund your $145 deposit. We don't believe a sale in final until you are sleeping peacefully and happily in the comfort of your new mattress.
Easily change your mattress firmness
If for some reason you decide that your Plushbeds natural latex mattress is just not for you, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price.
How does this work?
From the day your mattress is delivered, you have 100 nights to fall in love with it. Because sleeping on natural latex has a different feel than most traditional mattresses, we ask that you give your body 30 days to adjust. If after 30 days you decide that your Plushbeds mattress is not for you, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price as long as any bonus items received with your mattress are returned in new, unopened condition.
You will simply need to box the mattress for shipping and we will arrange for a curbside mattress pickup. Once we receive your mattress, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded back to you. Should you decide to return your mattress prior to a 30 day trial, or keep any bonus accessories received with your mattress, a $99 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund. Any products returned soiled or with smoke damage will be sent back to you in lieu of any refunds being issued as our liquidators will not accept them in this condition. Please note white glove delivery fees or other shipping upgrades are not refundable. Our orthopedic foundations and adjustable beds are non-returnable as these are universal products which can be used with any mattress.
