| Plushbeds™ continues to use our research and development to foster greater comfort levels for our customers. To this end, Plushbeds™ introduced an innovative and exciting new airflow system to the market in 2008. The older "egg-crate" air flow system that is commonly used by our competitors is just what the name suggests. It is a piece of convoluted (egg crate) foam that is put between two layers in a memory foam mattress. The problem with this design is that the glue intended to bond the peaks often slides down and bonds to the valley as well. This hinders air flow and makes it erratic at best, leaving you with a hot, uncomfortable memory foam mattress. |
