| Memory Foam Mattress and Latex Mattress 20 Year Limited Warranty: |
| Plushbeds, Inc. guarantees that your Plushbeds™ mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first fifteen (10) years of the warranty, beginning on
the date of delivery, excluding specific limitations contained herein |

| The viscoelastic material in all memory foam mattresses, including the luxury mattresses sold through Plushbeds™ will experience a normal increase in softness or a decrease in the slow recovery feature over time. These aspects do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the high quality foam and are excludable from the warranty. |

| The warranty does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1.5 inches not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. |

| If such defects occur during years eleven (11) to twenty (20) from the date of delivery, a repair or replacement fee will be calculated by the total number of years of ownership times 1/20th of the prevailing official retail price, but under no event shall be greater than ninety-five percent (95%), of the prevailing official retail price, exclusive of transportation cost. If identical material or model is not available at the time of repair or replacement, Plushbeds, Inc. reserves the right to substitute comparable material or model. |

| Cover Warranty: |
|
| This warranty covers Plushbeds™ mattress covers for two (2) years from manufacturing defects, workmanship flaws and tears under normal use, but is not warranted to repel stains, burns, tears, holes, cuts or damage as a result of misuse or abuse. |

| Foundation Warranty: |
|
| This warranty covers Plushbeds™ for foundations ten (10) years from the date of delivery from manufacturing defects, workmanship flaws, and splits, rattles or noises in the wood foundation under normal use. A proper bed frame must continuously support the foundation. For King and queen sets, a center support having at least 3 legs is necessary. THE USE OF INAPPROPRIATE FOUNDATIONS, BOX SPRINGS, OR FRAMES WILL VOID YOUR PLUSHBEDS'S WARRANTY. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of the foundation or frame being used with your mattress in the event of a warranty claim. |

| Additional Limitations: |

| This warranty is valid only to the original consumer purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty does not cover items and damage not specifically listed herein. All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded. |

| For this warranty to be valid, the claimant must have purchased the mattress or foundation directly from the Plushbeds.com website or from one of our authorized dealers in the United States or Puerto Rico, and must provide a copy of the original receipt, or other proof of date, and purchase price. |

| Plushbeds, Inc. does not warrant that this product is a treatment or cure for any person's medical condition. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. |

| Adjustable Bed Warranty: |
|
| Your Adjustable bed is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year a Plushbeds™ affiliate will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. This includes all authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective. |

2 Year Motor Warranty:
Your Adjustable bed has a two year, full replacement warranty, parts, labor and transportation, on the motors should your motor's fail during the first two years of this warranty from the original purchase date. |

Adjustable Bed 5 Year Warranty:
During year 2 through year 5, from the original purchase date, a Plushbeds™ affiliate will replace any Bed part, to the original purchaser, found to be defective. The part must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the replacement part(s) or purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) or purchaser may be subject to charges for said part's to include, but not limited to freight charges. Liability of Plushbeds™ and affiliates is limited to the replacement of the defective part or parts ONLY with purchaser responsible for all service, installation and transportation cost of said part(s). |

Adjustable Bed 20 Year Limited Warranty:
During year 6 through year 20 from the original purchase date, a Plushbeds™ affiliate will replace, per the terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph, any original Adjustable bed part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months, after the fifth (5th) year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to replacement parts or purchaser may be subject to charges for said parts to include, but not limited to freight charges. Liability of Plushbeds™ shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) ONLY with purchaser responsible for all service, installation
and freight costs of said part(s). |

Adjustable Bed Additional Terms and Conditions:
Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply (a) To damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the Purchaser. (B) To damage caused by the repairs or parts replacement by an unauthorized person. (c) If the Adjustable Bed has been mishandled (including during shipping), subject to physical abuse or an improper power supply, or otherwise operated in a manner inconsistent with procedures outlined in the Owner's manual and this warranty. (d) To damage to mattress, bedding, cables, electrical cords or accessories supplied by dealers. (e) Modification of the Adjustable Bed without prior written consent by Plushbeds™ or affiliates (f) To costs for unauthorized service calls for the purpose of educating the consumer about the Adjustable Bed or locating properly functioning power outlets. (g) If the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded. (h) If used in any environment or a commercial setting for which it was NOT intended. |

| Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights. The Purchaser may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in all 50 states. |

Adjustable Bed Working Weight Limits:
Although your Adjustable Bed has been rigorously tested about the recommended limits in this publication, to maintain the highest quality standards, exceeding the recommended weight limits may avoid your warranty. |
