At Plushbeds™ however, every mattress is custom made. What this means is that your mattress is only manufactured upon receiving your order. From the day we receive your request, we begin our 35 point process of carefully assembling only the finest luxury materials with you in mind. |

| Once your freshly made Plushbeds™ mattress passes our rigorous quality control standards 4-7 days from receiving your order, it is shipped from our factory, not to a warehouse or a retail floor, but directly to you, the customer, at our expense. And, although it was made with you in mind, we are so confident in our proprietary materials and superior quality that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied in the first 100 nights, we'll accept it back for an exchange or a complete refund of the purchase price, excluding minimal shipping and handling costs |
