call 1-888-449-5738 for a shipping quote or email shipping. Within 7 days after you place your order, we'll contact
you with a tracking number. With your tracking number, you can find out exactly what day your order will arrive.
How Long Will it Take?
Your mattress will be custom-made after you place your order and will leave the factory within 7-9 days of your order date,
after passing through a rigorous quality control process. Additional shipping time may apply for adjustable bases and white glove deliveries.
Old Mattress Disposal
Is disposing of your old mattress a problem? Feel free to contact us for information & details to have your
old mattress picked up & properly disposed of on your own, or you can add our white glove delivery with old mattress removal and disposal on our checkout page for $399.
How Do I Return My Order?
Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your decor? Whatever the reason,
you will not be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. (Note: If your item was damaged or defective, see our Damage section
below). We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online mattress business. We simply ask that you sleep on your new PlushBeds latex mattress for at least 30 days allow your body to adjust to sleeping on natural latex.
If after 30 days you decide that your PlushBeds mattress is not for you, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price as long as any bonus items received with your mattress are returned in new, unopened condition. You will simply need to box the mattress for shipping and we will arrange for a curbside mattress pickup. Once we receive your mattress, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded back to you. Should you decide to return your mattress prior to a 30 day trial, or keep any bonus accessories received with your mattress, a $99 conveinence fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled without incurring shipping charges. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under
our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may return your latex mattress for free within
100 nights of receipt, after a 30 day trial. We advise that you save the original packing materials if you believe you may want to have the option of
returning it. We have very few returns (less than 2%). Please note: certain universal items such as toppers, orthopedic and adjustable foundations
can be used with any mattress and are therefore not returnable.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and ensure products cannot be easily damaged
during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary
replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the
important instructions below.
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is very important.
If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will
send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the
replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.
If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement.
All returned products should be in the original packaging.
Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
Where a higher level of delivery and assembly service is required, you might want to consider our white glove delivery service.
White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many additional benefits throughout the
delivery process. Once your order arrives in your area, you will be telephoned by a representative from the white glove carrier to arrange
a 4 hour window for delivery. A white glove delivery team will deliver your new mattress, install it in
the room of your choice, set up your new mattress and remove all packaging. Please call us with additional questions.
100 Night Free Returns Policy:
Please call customer service at 1-888-449-5738 and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name.
We will give you a RMA number and instructions for packaging your mattress for shipping. We'll schedule a carrier to come to your house for a curbside pickup of your mattress.
Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in undamaged condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Any bonus items received with your mattress need to be returned in new, unopened condition. Once we receive your mattress back it takes approximately 5-7 days for inspection. Should you decide to return your mattress prior to a 30 day trial, or keep any bonus accessories received with your mattress, a $99 conveinence fee will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue a full refund to the
payment method used for the original purchase or apply a like credit to another Plushbeds purchase.
Requests for refunds to an alternate credit card or account may incur a 3% processing fee. The amount
refunded will be the full amount paid for your mattress. Please note white glove delivery fees
or other shipping upgrades are not refundable.
100 Night Free In-Home Comfort Excahnge:
Ordered the wrong mattress firmness? Not a problem. Simply call one of our mattress specialists at 1-888-449-5738 and ask for a one-time comfort exchange. Just pay a nominal $145 deposit, and we'll send you out a new top layer of 100% natural talalay latex (either softer or firmer, depending on your needs), completely free with no shipping charges.
Simply unzip the cover of your mattress, and exchange the existing top layer with the new one for a perfect night's sleep without the hassle of sending back your whole mattress.
Just put the old latex layer in the box, and send it back to us with the UPS label we provide. Once received, we'll send it out to our 3rd party liquidators and refund your complete $145 deposit. We don't believe a sale in final until you are sleeping peacefully and happily in the comfort of your new mattress. Comfort adjustments will solve 9 out of 10 comfort issues.
