Your new pillow is made to order by our skilled craftsmen. Due to the extra time it takes to sew these items by hand, it may take up to 14 days after you place your order for your new pillow to ship.

Because we make and adjust the firmness of your pillow by hand, we cannot accept returns. Please make sure you have selected the appropriate size and firmness before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time prior to your pillow being shipped (up to 14 days from placing your order), and you will receive a complete refund. Once shipped, however, it cannot be cancelled.
Size Verification Policy - Please be sure to verify the correct size prior to placing your order.
