Product Review: Dream Water

I was asked to review a product called Dream Water, an all-natural (calorie-free!) sleep aid that comes in the form of a “shot” you drink before bed. If you’re having trouble sleeping and are looking for a more natural approach, then Dream Water may be exactly what you need.

Over the last week, I’ve had a rough go of sleeping due to several factors, including a heat wave in the Northeast, getting to bed later than anticipated, and stress. I figured last night would be as good as any night to give Dream Water a try.

As per the directions, I drank the bottle of Dream Water about 20 minutes before bed time. Within the time frame of about 20-40 minutes, I was fast asleep. The best part about this sleep was that all of the racing thoughts and stresses that were running through my head in the previous nights before bed were gone. I felt calm and relaxed in a natural way and slept all the way through the night from about 11:00 p.m. to around 7:00 a.m. When I woke up this morning, I didn’t feel groggy as one sometimes does after taking sleep medication. I felt refreshed and energized and ready to take on the day.

I read up on Dream Water and from their website found that there are alternative ways to drink it. Some people drink half of the bottle right before bed and save the other half in case they wake up in the middle of the night. Others find that half the bottle is all they need to fall asleep easily. I think what I like best about it is that you don’t need eight hours of sleep to drink it and the fact that you can drink it halfway through your night is a testament to its natural qualities.
