The best temperature for sleep for most people is between 60 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
While you may not shed pounds of fat after one single night of sleep, if you follow these tips to maximize the calories burned during sleep, you will see significant results over time. Combine them with a solid fitness routine and a few dietary changes and pounds of fat may literally melt away while you sleep.
