Questions That Should be Considered When Writing Your Essay
Do you have a personal experience or experiences that helped you recognize that one person can make a difference as it pertains to making our environment a better place to live? Have you personally observed an individual as he or she commissioned a successful green initiative in a local community setting or even on the national stage? You may either write about your own experience(s) or that of someone else, demonstrating how one person truly can make a difference for the ecosystem we all live in and enjoy on a daily basis. The most important consideration in writing your essay will be that you convey by real experiences how one person (yourself or someone you know or look up to) took it upon themselves to start and follow through with some type of green initiative that had a noticeable and lasting effect on their surrounding environment. Some great supporting evidence would be how measurable and sustainable the actions were (was it a one-time event, or do the actions and behavior continue to thrive and flourish even today?). What does the future hold for the initiative you are writing about?
